time again for weekend reflections. these weeks are rolling by as quickly as movie credits when i'm trying to read what tune it was that i liked in the soundtrack. i need a pause button for life. imagine what that would be like.
here we go...
glass and steel building in Racine WI.
downtown Racine storefront
sunrise reflected on the waters of lake michigan
i like to throw in something to make you feel like you drank out of that spiked punch bowl. oh wait, that was the 60's. oops.
woodland puddle
putting your feet back on solid ground. this shot was taken before yesterday's snowfall.
you didn't really think i was going to leave you with no selfie this week did you? that mirror is on the wall in my kitchen, opposite where i sit at the computer. my camera is usually on the table beside me. it's so easy...
well thanks for checking out my assortment of reflections this week. head on over and see James at weekend reflections to continue with the show. you'll be glad you did. happy friday everyone. go have a fish fry.

I like the complexity of that first image.
I like the one as to how I'd feel having drunk out of the spiked punch bowl although I don't get the analogy. Now the first shot "as if you had dropped some acid..oh wait, that was the 60's. oops" Thank you fulfilling my weekly selfie fix of you. Now go play in the snow.
Waving hello right back at you with the bright and cheery pink walls.
Your first image made my jaw drop. I wish I had taken that one. Great capture. Lines and lines and lines in that 2nd image....I can see why it called to you.
Hope you are enjoying your snow-we got nailed with 8 inches yesterday and I am thankful for everyone's perennials but otherwise pissed off.
Have a great weekend my friend. Looking forward to your next inspiration for SC
lovin' the lake mich and the top racine bldg. waving hello to your selfie! :)
Great collection of reflections! The first one like a cool collage. And your text is refreshingly clever!
You do water well, Ms. Becky! (A nephew and his family just moved from Racine to Colorado; he's career Army.)
OK let me try this again... Blogger doesn't like Wordpress I wonder if the same is true in reverse? Anyway I like the fabric look of the lake! It only took me creating a blogger account and an hour of my time (well maybe less) to say so!

Terrific reflections as always, Ms. Becky! I do love the complexity of the first shot, but they are all wonderful! And waving right back atcha!! Have a great weekend!

Hi Becky, it's beautiful and colorful reflection!
Reflection
THat 1st one is stunning!! All great reflections & fun reading, love your selfie too!
Fascinating variety of reflections! The first one is so dramatic! It could easily pass as a jigsaw puzzle!
Five reflections! Good value! I love the abstracty one of the water.
Great images .. love that first one! And yep, days are moving too fast .. love how you used the thought of movie credits and looking for the name of that song ... I do it all the time!
Wonderful collection of photos with some amazing reflections!
You're in the pink, Becky. Who'd want a pause button? I love the first architectural reflection - so intricate.
That's a pretty slick building. Doesn't it drive you NUTS when the credits go by too quickly and you miss that song?
You've captured some great reflections. And hello to you!
The first and third ones are my favorites.....but then there is your selfie...it is pretty darn cute, too. You are just so clever. Hope you are not freezing to death up there. I was FRIGID here today....miserable. genie
Oh my you have a collection of reflections ....have a great weekend..!!
Pretty shots! I love that first one.
As always Ms. Becky, these are wonderful. I love the water and all of the colors in that shot.
I always enjoy your selfies! The first shot is superb!
My first visit to your blog - I will be back! What a great series of reflections - a particular passion of mine! I loved them all, and I could totally relate to your sentiment about having a pause button! I just want one so I can take a breath every now and then. Thanks for a great set!
Oh my...oh my goodness Becky, those reflections, the glorious colours on the water...whew, wonderful~
Wonderful captures, Becky! That first shot is so colorful!
I need to get a selfie in this week. Have a lovely weekend, dear!
That first shot is amazing, but then they are all wonderful. I must say I'm a bit partial to the woodland puddle. The selfie is very colorful and I like the way everything is blurred with the exception of the subject. Have a wonderful weekend!
lots of wonkiness in your shadows this week
love that :)
I know what you mean about trying to find the name of a movie song in the credits, that made me laugh
This is the first time I visit your blog, but wow! that's an impressive assortment of reflections. I love the one on top, beautiful colors. I am looking forward to your future reflections. Have a nice weekend.
I love each and every one of these! You have skills! :)
I laughed at Woodland Puddle - your comment about drinking out of a spiked punchbowl, then there was that puddle with a branch sticking out of it like a bent straw. Or is that just me? Anyway, I like it!
If you find that pause button, share, huh? Nice reflections... esp the selfie... I like your mirror (I usually don't like any around me). :-)
Lovely series. The woodland puddle is my favorite.
