Happy New Year everyone! There haven't been many shadows around here of late - cloudy, foggy, rainy, and now very windy. I took this photo in downtown Milwaukee while waiting for the stoplight to turn green.

Love the angle of this shot!
I love how the eye is drawn through to the light!!
Oh, I do agree with Anne about how the eye is drawn through to the light! Beautiful! Up until the past few days there wasn't enough sun to create any shadows -- or warmth, for that matter. Wishing you a wonderful new year with lots of love and laughter and joy! Thank you as always for your visits/comments! They're so appreciated!

Shadows are scarce here too. :)) Happy New Year!
Another drive-by shooting! Love the repetition in this image. It gives it visual rhythm.
I like the mirroring of the vertical lines, and the tiny bit of blue peeking out of the dark shadow on the left.
That is gorgeous!
Shadows at Nostalgic Marveling, please come and see. Happy new year!
Oh so cool! I love the old buildings in that street! Very charming! Milwaulkee makes me think of Happy Days! You know, the TV show. Unless I'm getting my sitcoms muddled up and Milwaulkee has nothing to do with Happy Days... Happy Days & Happy New Year to you!
Very atmospheric photo. I like it. Well captured.
I expect that you'll be pleased to learn that the weather here is divine.
Have a nice day, Boonie
Your shadow shot is all stripes and verticals in such contrast to your wonderfully soft header.
Happy New Year to you!
Blessings . . . Arija
Nice! Happy New Year to you too.
Beautiful shadows at a time when you probably weren't just thinking "photo op"! I like it a lot.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Visitors and comments are always welcome.
